Weekly 45-Minute Sessions

Experience weekly sessions with George, each consisting of 45-minute intensives tailored over a period of 3 to 6 months, to connect you to your inner source of well-being.

The Dissolution

Each week, we'll review and explore your meditative journey from the previous week, identifying any limitations or obstacles hindering your practice of presence.

I am George, your Holistic Meditation Coach.

After enduring a car accident resulting in four spinal fractures and subsequent Lyme disease, confining me to bed for nearly a year in my early twenties, I realized the paramount importance of mindset and self-determination.

Determined to chart a course of healing, I resolved to ascend a nearby mountain visible from my window at the rehabilitation center. This symbolic climb marked the inception of a decade-long odyssey, during which intuitive movement became my guide, revealing the subtle language of my body.

Beyond Well-Being

Attuned to my breath and moving with deliberate grace, I gradually unearthed the practice of asana, pranayama, pratyahara, and dharana, crafting a robust Hatha & Nada Yoga and Meditation routine trained by Sadhguru that ultimately eradicated, not only my back pain but every source of stress within me.

Fueled by a quest for vitality, I immersed myself in the study of Ayurveda and the Five Elements of Nature, guided by my intuition as I deepened my yoga practice to five hours daily for several years. My journey deepened with a transformative Silent Vipassana Retreat, enriching my practice and understanding.

Today, I embrace a yogic life, acknowledging yoga's profound impact on my physical and mental well-being, as well as my desire to bring a touch of stillness to humanity.

Harnessing the transformative power of stillness and meditation, I am dedicated to sharing the gifts of yoga with others. Guiding them from the same point of origin that sparked my journey—stillness meditation and intuitive movement exploration—you can experience this firsthand through my signature 1:1 program, "Serene Presence," or during our retreats featuring the "Liquid Flow" movement exploration journey.
